very comfortable and quiet. great location 10 minutes away from the ferry

the hotel needs better decoration for christmas, it fell a bit flat

Secluded location with plenty of wild life in close proximity. We had Monkeys, Peacocks and hens walking just outside our door.Although not much of a beach, the scenery is very nice.Pool offers a nice view over the bay and the fitness center was larger than expected.Free shuttles to and from “downtown” made it effortless trying restaurants outside what the resort offered.

We were not there to work but a better WiFi would have further enhanced our view.

Our family of two adults and 11 yo kid was delighted to stay at Ayapura hotel. Sweet memories walking across the territory full of sounds of nature with peacocks. Kayaks and sups enable active movement on the water to the closest islands. Outstanding breakfast and everything you might need for relaxing and disconnection from the busy world. Fitness area is large and equipped very well. If you’re looking for a quiet place with own beach, large pool and plenty of areas for hanging out, look no more, this is it. Different tours can be booked by the reception. The staff was very helpful and sets quite high bar regarding the quality of service.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. Maybe just a single thing could be improved, would be nice if a/c could be set to blow not directly towards the bed.

It's a peaceful resort with a fantastic team and management. The entire property is beautiful, and we love watching the nature and the peacocks. The restaurant has a nice view and the food is delicious. We always enjoy coming back!

Very big and beautiful resort. It's located on a very quite side of the island so there was no noise or people traffic anywhere near.

The breakfast and the views were exceptional, service was on point and they made us feel welcomed.

The one room had many bugs in it, and the pool area should have had someone manning the bar.

It was really nice and quiet . A very secluded place , an oases of tranquility

A very beautiful, tranquil setting on a calm bay, with an uncrowded feel, sometimes even feeling as if you have the whole resort to yourself.A great place to write a book, paint or just be, very friendly and helpful hotel staff.The villa was front-row, with an over-sized balcony, very comfortable room having an enormous bathroom area.Songbirds are present, with unique sounds, as well as beautiful peacocks around the property.

Very limited swimming in the large, but shallow bay, containing no rocks or coral to attract fish, to view whilst snorkeling. Jane did arrange for a private long tail boat snorkeling trip, which was nice and I thought reasonably priced. She was very helpful and even followed us to the pure to make sure we got started properly.There is a nice swimming/wading beach ( (White Sand Beach) about a 12-minute hotel shuttle away, with some restaurants or activities and busy little town, around the area.

The room wasy very clean with all your needs. Amazing views from an older resort. Tons of wildlife and very quiet. Great staff as well.

Spacious grounds, natural and peaceful setting, good breakfast, spacious and very clean rooms.

Some aspects need renovation but this didn't spoil a thing!

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful, attentive and showed excellent customer service. The location suited us well, nice and calm surrounding but easy access to white sand beach with the free shuttle. Beautiful view, nice room, good breakfast selection and big nice pool area.

The beach unfortunately wasn’t great for a swim but fun and generous with free SUP boards and kayaks that we used and easy to get to a lovely beach with the free shuttle.

The breakfast is amazing.The bungalows are very beautiful and spacious and the location is stunning. The beach is not the best you can get in koh chang. However the property is providing free shuttle to and from white sand. Or you can rent a motorbike if you want more flexibility.

The restaurant is over priced and of lower quality than what you get in the villages outside.It is not possible to make the room dark (no thick curtains or whatsoever). We are not used to sleep with the light so we woke up at sunrise every day.

The location is dense mountain with lot of trees and found lot of peacock. It is very scenic beauty.

The beach is very small and cannot swim. Also the restaurant food prices are high but didn't meet the taste and quality.

Pool bar always unattended, breakfast & staff could have been better.Rooms could do do with a bit of a Freshen up but still clean

It was peaceful tranquility just what I needed loved the paddle boards and the staff were amazing food choices very good just enjoyed my stay

I liked it because was homely comfortable and not too extravagant but all facilities well maintained

Great location in terms of being lovely quiet and away from busier parts of the island, but without sunsets and also a muddier inlet that wasn’t ideal for swimming or bathing.

The resort looked like it was waiting for a few updates. The children’s play area and games area had both seen better days and these were some of the biggest reasons for us choosing to stay at Ayapura. There were no activities - like cinema nights or yoga, or even massages or kids club. We had to ask for these at reception - and activities or excursions needed to be organized by guests rather than staff.
